Please allow 48 hours in advance of the upcoming clinic when possible to allow our team time to process your pre-registration. Pre-registering is not required to visit one of our clinics.

If you have more than 5 pets please submit this form again with your additional pets.

Pre-registering does not guarantee your place in line and it is not an appointment. Pre-Registering means you are already in our system when you visit the clinic which shortens wait times and improves accuracy of information
